  • If a passenger cancels the ticket after 24 hours of the purchase then he will be eligible for the refund.
  • If a passenger is travelling with Economy promotion fare ticket then that passenger is not eligible for the refund after cancellation of the reservations.
  • If a passenger cancels a ticket before 1 to 12 hours of departure of the flight then 40% fee is incurred for the cancellations.
  • If a passenger cancels a ticket before 12 hours of the departure of the flight, the incurred amount is 20% for the cancellations.
